When you contact Jix or submit a project inquiry, you may provide your name, company, business email, project requirements, and other information you choose to include.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, scope potential work, provide services, communicate about active engagements, and maintain normal business records.

Project data

Client data supplied for an engagement is used for the agreed project purpose. Confidentiality, access, retention, and deletion requirements may also be addressed in the applicable project agreement.

Project intake forms

We use Tally to host our project intake form. Information you choose to submit through that form is processed by Tally to deliver the submission to Jix. We do not intentionally send form-response content such as your name, email address, or project details to Google Analytics.

Jix Project Guide

The website may offer a guided project-assistance tool that helps visitors identify a relevant Jix service. The guide runs in your browser. Free-text answers entered into the guide are not intentionally transmitted to Jix, Google Analytics, or Microsoft Clarity. We may record non-sensitive interaction events such as opening the guide, selecting a predefined category, or clicking a recommended next step so we can understand whether the guide is useful.

Website analytics and experience monitoring

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to understand website traffic, referral sources, page usage, and general visitor interactions. Microsoft Clarity may provide aggregated heatmaps and session-replay style recordings that help us understand how visitors navigate and interact with the site. These services may process information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, clicks, scrolling, and other interaction data, and may use cookies or similar technologies where permitted. Sensitive form content is intended to remain masked or excluded from these analytics tools, and we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, payment-card details, or project-form content to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. We use this information to improve the website, diagnose usability issues, and evaluate marketing performance.

Payments

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Jix does not store full payment-card details on this website. The payment provider handles payment information under its own privacy and security practices.
